  • Through 1-on-1 Coaching: A health coach empowers clients to discover tools to create sustainable actions to better understand and improve their overall health and wellness.

  • The health coach provides clients with unconditional support and accountability, guides and helps set attainable goals, and looks at areas of wellness that my be impacting their lives.
